What You'll Likely Work On

• Maintain portfolio trackers, milestones, KPIs and value metrics; flag risks and variances early
• Run delivery cadence and working‑group meetings; manage cross‑team dependencies, RAID logs and actions to closure
• Prepare and manage governance, steering‑committee and board reporting packs and dashboards
• Run intake, prioritization support and stage‑gates; track budget, resourcing and capacity
• Uphold delivery standards, templates and tooling across AI pods
• Partner with AI Support on documentation and with the AI Lead on prioritization decisions

Good Fit If You Have

• Experience coordinating AI or data‑science delivery (preferred)
• Background in GCC or captive‑centre delivery (preferred)
• PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM certification (preferred)
• Post‑graduation degree / MBA or equivalent professional certification (preferred)
