What You'll Likely Work On
- Define AI strategy, priorities and a 12‑24 month roadmap aligned to business goals
- Establish portfolio governance, responsible‑AI guardrails, risk compliance and ROI reporting
- Serve as primary interface to executive sponsors and global stakeholders, securing funding and managing expectations
- Build, organize and lead an AI delivery team, handling org design, hiring, capacity planning and retention
- Own AI budget, make build/buy/partner decisions and manage cloud and vendor relationships
- Prioritize AI use‑cases, remove cross‑functional blockers and drive value realization
- Champion an AI‑literate culture and responsible adoption across the company
Good Fit If You Have
- 12+ years of data/AI/engineering experience
- 4+ years leading and scaling technical teams
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML/GenAI solutions at enterprise scale
- Strong governance, risk and executive stakeholder‑management skills
- Deep, current knowledge of GenAI, agentic and ML landscape
