Tekion seeks an Application Support Engineer II to independently resolve complex application issues for its cloud‑native automotive platform, improve system performance, and enhance end‑user experience. The role blends deep technical troubleshooting with automation, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration while mentoring junior engineers.
