What You'll Likely Work On
- Own product vision, architecture, and execution for AI‑driven spend‑management use cases such as invoice validation, vendor onboarding, and cross‑border payments
- Define agent design patterns—including prompting, tool orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and policy hierarchies—to balance accuracy and business context
- Implement end‑to‑end observability: health monitoring, confidence scoring, and auditability of AI decisions
- Partner with AI/ML and data engineering teams to build closed‑loop training pipelines and evaluation sets with human‑in‑the‑loop feedback
- Drive high‑fidelity UX for AI interactions across UI, email, chat, and APIs, ensuring explainability and proactivity
- Lead technical and strategic conversations with enterprise architects, CFOs, CIOs, and Chief Procurement Officers
- Author clear product documentation (PRDs, solution briefs, agent blueprints) and deliver demos to internal and external stakeholders
Good Fit If You Have
- 4–6 years B2B product management experience, including at least 2 years launching first AI products
- Proven track record with enterprise‑scale data systems (invoice, procurement, contracts, FX/tax)
- Strong understanding of AI evaluation metrics (factuality, grounding, latency, hallucination minimization)
