What You'll Likely Work On
- Analyze existing studio management and project processes to pinpoint bottlene‑spots and repetitive tasks
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, Dify, or Coze
- Create effective prompts and custom AI bots/agents for use‑cases like weekly report generation, contract review, and asset tracking
- Integrate AI solutions with project‑management platforms (Notion, Jira, Monday.com, Teambition) and communication tools (Feishu, WeChat Work, Slack)
- Develop usage guidelines, write operation manuals, and train studio staff on AI tools and automation best practices
- Monitor emerging AI technologies, iterate on existing automations, and ensure reliability and scalability
