Kong is hiring its first Administrative Assistant to support North American Sales leadership. The role will own calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting and other executive‑level administrative tasks to keep senior leaders organized and focused on strategic priorities.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Own and optimize senior leaders’ calendars across multiple time zones
- Arrange end‑to‑end domestic and international travel, including visas and itineraries
- Prepare, submit and reconcile expense reports in line with company policy
- Act as primary point of contact for routine administrative matters and document routing
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for key sales documents
- Support onboarding logistics for new members of the North America Sales team
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and propose solutions
Good Fit If You Have
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or business leaders
- Ability to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Comfort handling confidential information with high discretion
- Prior exposure to sales, GTM or revenue‑focused environments is a plus
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations beneficial
