The Accounting Ops & Technology Manager leads end‑to‑end endorsements, drives automation with AI tools, and supports month‑/quarter‑/year‑end close for a fast‑growing SaaS business. The role blends core accounting expertise with technology platforms such as NetSuite, FloQast, and Ramp to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own and execute the endorsements workflow, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
  • Automate accounting processes using AI tools and streamline data analysis
  • Prepare and post journal entries, and support month‑, quarter‑, and year‑end close activities
  • Conduct account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and manage cash, accruals, and invoicing
  • Gather documentation, prepare audit schedules, and respond to auditor inquiries
  • Partner with finance and engineering teams to deliver timely financial reporting
  • Serve as the FinTech liaison, building NetSuite reports and overseeing FloQast and Ramp usage
  • Document and standardize accounting procedures while contributing to special projects
