The Account and Finance Manager will own end‑to‑end bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and investor reporting for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS startup. You will partner with leadership, auditors, and regulators across India and the US to ensure rigorous financial controls and insight‑driven decision making.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Manage bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations for Indian and US entities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Ind AS/GAAP
  • Produce investor‑grade MIS reports covering ARR/MRR, burn rate, runway, and key SaaS KPIs
  • Coordinate statutory audits, GST/TDS/advance tax filings, and ROC compliance
  • Support company‑secretary duties, including board documentation and Companies Act compliance
  • Maintain a financial data‑room and respond to investor due‑diligence queries
  • Enforce financial controls, expense policies, vendor payments, and procurement approvals
  • Track SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, and present insights to senior leadership

Good Fit If You Have

  • Prior experience at a B2B SaaS or developer‑tools startup (Series A/B preferred)
  • Familiarity with FEMA, RBI, and cross‑border investment regulations
