Sarvam seeks an IT Lead to design, build, and run its internal IT and security function, covering identity, endpoints, network, data protection, and audit compliance. The role is hands‑on from day one and will scale a lean team while partnering with Security, People, and Finance.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Administer IdP platforms, SSO, SCIM, and conditional access
- Enforce MFA/passkey and phishing‑resistant authentication for privileged accounts
- Automate joiner‑mover‑leaver provisioning and quarterly access reviews
- Deploy and operate MDM, EDR, disk encryption with key escrow, and privilege management
- Manage ZTNA, VPN, DNS filtering, and secure cloud/SaaS tenant configurations
- Implement DLP, SASE/SWG, and maintain SaaS/vendor security registers
- Collect and provide ISO 27001 / SOC 2 audit evidence, asset lifecycle records, and vendor contracts
- Run SIEM log forwarding, ITSM ticketing, incident response, remote‑wipe runbooks, and BCP/DR testing
