Sarvam seeks a senior security leader to define and execute its information security strategy, ensuring compliance and embedding security across product and engineering. The Head of Security will drive policies, manage risk, and cultivate a security‑first culture.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Oversee compliance with all relevant security standards, regulations and frameworks
• Identify, assess and manage vulnerabilities across systems, applications and infrastructure
• Establish and drive organization‑wide security policies, procedures and best practices
• Partner with product, engineering and platform teams to embed security into the development lifecycle
• Lead risk assessments, audits and security reviews to proactively mitigate threats
• Ensure timely remediation of security issues and compliance gaps
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all information‑security matters
• Build and mentor a security‑focused culture across the organization

Good Fit If You Have

• Proven experience in a CISO or equivalent security leadership role
• Hands‑on vulnerability management and risk mitigation experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR compliance frameworks
• Experience scaling security practices in a fast‑moving product environment (preferred)
