What You'll Likely Work On

• Own the technical relationship with strategic enterprise accounts from architecture through deployment and ongoing health
• Lead solution architecture for on‑device AI, including NPU offload, SLM configuration, and cross‑OEM compatibility
• Design and build large‑scale fleet automation frameworks using Python and PowerShell
• Drive cross‑OEM interoperability, working directly with hardware partners to certify deployments
• Define deployment standards, runbooks, and technical playbooks for the field engineering function
