What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and own the multi‑year technical vision for Payments, Scheduling, Forms, Business Experience and RCM platforms
• Ensure architectural coherence across multiple engineering teams and resolve cross‑system dependencies
• Lead technical due‑diligence for major initiatives such as build‑vs‑buy decisions and platform migrations
• Identify and solve company‑wide technical problems that span organizational boundaries
• Set standards for engineering excellence, observability and reliability in distributed systems
• Mentor staff and senior engineers, elevating architectural thinking through design reviews and documentation
