Weave seeks a Senior Platform Engineer – Performance to build and lead a performance engineering practice. You will create a self‑service testing platform, define KPIs/SLOs, and ensure the Truelark microservices scale reliably for a large influx of customers.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Architect and execute end‑to‑end performance testing, analysis, and tuning for the Truelark platform
  • Design, build, and maintain a scalable, automated performance testing framework integrated into CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop reference implementations, documentation, and workshops to codify performance best practices
  • Perform deep root‑cause analysis of third‑order performance issues using observability and profiling tools
  • Define, measure, and monitor service‑level objectives for latency, throughput, and availability
  • Partner with infrastructure and product teams to embed performance testing into the development lifecycle
