Weave seeks a Senior Platform Engineer – Performance to build and lead a performance engineering practice. You will create a self‑service testing platform, define KPIs/SLOs, and ensure the Truelark microservices scale reliably for a large influx of customers.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Architect and execute end‑to‑end performance testing, analysis, and tuning for the Truelark platform
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable, automated performance testing framework integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Develop reference implementations, documentation, and workshops to codify performance best practices
- Perform deep root‑cause analysis of third‑order performance issues using observability and profiling tools
- Define, measure, and monitor service‑level objectives for latency, throughput, and availability
- Partner with infrastructure and product teams to embed performance testing into the development lifecycle
Good Fit If You Have
- Hands‑on experience with k6 or Locust for script‑as‑code performance testing
- Familiarity with Go profiling tools such as pprof
- Track record of building internal developer platforms or tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication for cross‑team collaboration
- Passion for systems‑level performance and deep‑dive analysis
