What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and execute a payments operations strategy aligned with growth and product roadmap
• Own operational workflows across the full payment lifecycle—onboarding, processing, settlement, chargebacks, refunds, and payouts
• Manage relationships with payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and payment networks, evaluating new vendors and platforms
• Partner with Product and Engineering to launch new payment capabilities and ensure scalable operational processes
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance, risk metrics, and operational KPIs
• Design and continuously improve operational controls, SLAs, and workflow efficiencies
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration, set objectives, provide feedback, and champion the Payments product internally
