What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer education
- Create scalable learning assets (e‑learning, instructor‑led, webinars, certifications, microlearning)
- Establish and track KPIs linked to customer outcomes, retention, and product usage
- Lead a high‑performing education team of designers, trainers, and program managers
- Design role‑based learning journeys for enterprise administrators, executives, and end users
- Partner with onboarding, success, product, and sales teams to address learning gaps
