What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and prioritize integration opportunities for dental, medical and specialty segments
• Partner with Business Development to evaluate and negotiate integration partnerships
• Translate customer, partner and market needs into detailed product requirements and success metrics
• Collaborate with Engineering to build reliable, scalable integration solutions
• Create frameworks for integration quality, availability SLAs, monitoring and support escalation
• Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert on PMS/EHR workflows and industry standards
• Drive launch planning, field enablement and go‑to‑market communications for new integrations
• Use data to measure impact, prioritize work and continuously improve integration performance
