What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead, mentor and grow a hybrid team of product managers and business systems analysts
• Design and maintain prioritization, impact analysis and SDLC frameworks for internal products
• Drive a 12‑month rolling roadmap, balancing technical debt with high‑impact initiatives and capacity modeling
• Partner with senior leadership on budget planning, license spend, third‑party integrations and consulting resources
• Serve as the primary bridge between Sales, Finance, Operations and the product team, aligning expectations and communication
• Gather requirements and guide expansion into financial systems and AI‑enabled automation
• Oversee the full requirements lifecycle, translating business needs into functional specs, process maps and data‑backed user stories
