What You'll Likely Work On

• Serve as the single client‑facing leader across onboarding and product teams, ensuring successful outcomes for multi‑year engagements
• Partner with C‑suite and technology leaders to map existing system landscapes and design future‑state workflow architectures centered on Juniper Square
• Lead redesign of core client workflows, identifying automation opportunities beyond the platform itself
• Translate high‑level business objectives into technical requirements and coordinate with engineering for custom development
• Define AI agent use‑cases, configure and deploy agents using CLI‑based tools and integration frameworks
• Create and execute change‑management plans, securing champion networks and driving user adoption
• Produce executive‑level status reports and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Document operational playbooks and implementation patterns for future institutional accounts
