What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and execute technical strategy for AI platforms and complex backend services
- Design, build, and operate production‑grade LLM‑powered features such as RAG pipelines and agentic workflows
- Write and ship production code as an individual contributor across the stack
- Establish quality benchmarks, coding standards, and architectural documentation
- Champion AI‑native development practices and tooling to boost team velocity
- Mentor engineers, lead technical design reviews, and support hiring efforts
