What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and deliver AI enablement programs across beginner to advanced fluency levels
• Create curriculum, content, and reference materials for Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code
• Lead live workshops, office hours, and produce async learning resources
• Partner with managers to identify adoption gaps and run targeted enablement interventions
• Coach individuals and teams one‑on‑one to unblock workflows and accelerate fluency
• Identify high‑impact use cases, document patterns, and share across the organization
• Measure fluency progression and tool usage, reporting outcomes to leadership
