What You'll Likely Work On
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Investor Services for the firm’s largest and most complex client engagements
- Lead and develop a team of Directors and their globally distributed organizations covering onboarding, AML compliance, treasury, CRM, and portal delivery
- Design and execute the organizational structure, staffing model, and capability roadmap to support rapid business growth
- Build and maintain a rigorous quality‑assurance framework with standards, audits, and feedback loops
- Own strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as the executive escalation point
- Drive alignment across Product, Fund Accounting, Customer Success, Sales, and Compliance
- Lead workforce planning, headcount modeling, geographic footprint decisions, and succession planning
