What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and refine fund administration workflows, applying best‑practice efficiencies
• Partner with clients to deliver high‑quality accounting and reporting services
• Act as technical accounting advisor on complex fund structures, waterfall calculations and performance metrics
• Prepare and review investor‑level financial statements, capital calls, distributions, and regulatory filings
• Support annual audit preparation, including draft reports, schedules, and tax disclosures
• Research and interpret recent accounting developments impacting private‑market funds
• Contribute to team build‑out decisions, operational policies, and procedural documentation
