Lead Security Engineer responsible for building security guardrails, tooling, and standards across AWS cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and AI‑enabled development. Partners with Application Security, SRE, and R&D to embed security‑by‑design while maintaining engineering velocity.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Audit and improve the AWS security posture and IAM architecture
• Assess AI‑assisted development tools for security risks and create governance frameworks
• Build AI‑driven tools for threat detection, incident response, and automated IAM governance
• Define and enforce policies protecting AI pipelines, model deployments, and sandbox environments
• Implement least‑privilege IAM solutions with automation and AI‑enabled approval flows
• Own the security strategy for AI‑enabled development and cloud infrastructure as the SME
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and other regulatory frameworks
• Lead initiatives in incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and monitoring
