Lead Product Manager for the AI Care Assistant (Robin) on Hinge Health's Intelligent Care team. What You'll Likely Work On

• Set and communicate a compelling vision for the AI Care Assistant, shaping how agentic AI transforms musculoskeletal care.
• Ship multi‑agent orchestration, conversational triage, personalized exercise recommendations, and proactive check‑ins.
• Define, track, and iterate on key metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, clinical accuracy, and care‑team workload reduction.
• Build and maintain evaluation pipelines (LLM‑as‑judge, golden datasets, human evals) to guarantee safety and quality.
• Champion the transition from point solution to platform, enabling other pods to reuse Robin’s infrastructure.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to fellow product managers on the Intelligent Care team.
