Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

Lead Product Manager for the AI Care Assistant (Robin) on Hinge Health's Intelligent Care team. Owns product vision, roadmap, and delivery of agentic AI capabilities while coaching other product managers. Works cross‑functionally with engineering, ML, design, clinical, legal and compliance to ship safe, high‑impact healthcare experiences.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Set and communicate a compelling vision for the AI Care Assistant, shaping how agentic AI transforms musculoskeletal care.
  • Ship multi‑agent orchestration, conversational triage, personalized exercise recommendations, and proactive check‑ins.
  • Define, track, and iterate on key metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, clinical accuracy, and care‑team workload reduction.
  • Build and maintain evaluation pipelines (LLM‑as‑judge, golden datasets, human evals) to guarantee safety and quality.
