Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Business Systems Analyst will own day‑to‑day support and project work for Hinge Health’s finance applications, primarily NetSuite and Zip. You will partner with finance, procurement, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable, well‑controlled system designs and reporting.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Provide day‑to‑day support for NetSuite and Zip, including issue triage, configuration changes, and permission management.
  • Document existing finance system processes, configurations, and integrations to create a baseline for improvement.
  • Partner with Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Revenue Operations to streamline Zip intake and approval workflows.
  • Enhance NetSuite configurations across core finance modules to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
  • Design and deliver reporting dashboards that increase visibility into spend, cycle times, and accruals.
  • Lead system projects through discovery, design, testing, deployment, change management, and post‑launch support.
  • Drive SOX‑aligned control improvements, close process gaps, and support audit readiness.
  • Shape integration roadmap for NetSuite, Zip, and adjacent systems (HRIS, data warehouse, etc.) with IT/Engineering.
