What You'll Likely Work On

• Create a strategy to modernize the internal workforce‑management platform, including RBAC, audit logging, dashboards and dynamic coverage
• Improve the member‑assignment engine to balance care‑team workloads
• Reduce average handle time for key operational workflows
• Define MVPs, set measurable KPIs and build a multi‑quarter roadmap with clear delivery milestones
• Write detailed PRDs and partner with engineering to ship features with minimal rework
• Partner with Demand Enablement, Member Ops, Clinical Operations, engineering and US stakeholders to align on product goals
