We need a Staff Engineer to own the end‑to‑end backend of Sarvam’s conversational‑AI SaaS platform, driving data modeling, API design, orchestration, performance and reliability. The role is an individual contributor position focused on building scalable, low‑latency multi‑tenant services in Python (FastAPI) and related technologies.
