What You'll Likely Work On

  • Partner with product, data science, and engineering leads to prioritize Assessment Service roadmap and partner requests.
  • Review code, merge pull requests, and contribute architectural decisions while maintaining hands‑on involvement.
  • Design, run, and evaluate experiments that move core clinical metrics such as pain reduction or survey engagement.
  • Define contribution patterns and documentation for the Assessment Service to enable other pods to extend the platform efficiently.
  • Advance AI‑native development practices, including CI‑enforced harnesses and tooling that boost engineering throughput.
  • Own the outcomes UX, progress tracking, and health assessment experiences delivered to members and clinicians.
  • Ensure outcomes data is well‑modeled, documented, and integrated into reporting pipelines.
  • Grow the team through hiring, mentorship, and career‑ladder progression while fostering a culture of impact and reliability.
