Senior Engineering Manager leading a high‑complexity software team that builds the mobile, backend, BLE and hardware‑adjacent components of a regulated medical device platform. Partnering with product, clinical, regulatory and hardware groups to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable device experiences.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Build deep knowledge of the device ecosystem, including FDA‑regulated software, BLE, mobile and backend platforms
  • Set team priorities, sprint cadence, backlog quality and delivery goals
  • Partner with product, clinical, regulatory, hardware, data and support teams to align on goals and quality expectations
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional programs spanning device, mobile, backend and operations, managing reliability, security and performance risks
  • Define technical strategy for mobile, backend and device‑control surfaces to enable rapid iteration and long‑term maintainability
  • Implement quality and compliance practices with structured review points, release gating and tech‑debt reduction
  • Lead on‑call production health, improving incident response, observability and system reliability
  • Translate member pain points and support signals into engineering investments that improve reliability and reduce support burden
