What You'll Likely Work On

• Draft, negotiate, and maintain customer MSAs, order forms, DPAs, BAAs, vendor agreements, and NDAs
• Design and run privacy and data‑protection programs covering GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to close deals and ship features on the right side of risk
• Handle corporate governance tasks such as board consents, equity mechanics, and cap‑table hygiene
• Define posture on open‑source licensing, AI governance, and telecom/SIP regulatory issues
