Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Customer Data SME provides senior expertise in operational risk, data governance and AI‑enabled data processing for a RegTech SaaS platform. The role drives data quality, standards and automation while mentoring junior team members.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of risks and controls in financial services
  • Extensive experience in a risk & control front‑line role
  • Understanding of NFRM processes (RCSA, incident management)
  • Experience with internal and external audit (preferred regulator exposure)
  • Ability to articulate CUBE’s risk and control product offering
  • High‑quality work under fast‑paced RegTech environment

  • Lead execution of customer data operations, including risk‑control matching, index building and data expansion
  • Apply and evolve CUBE’s data technical standards and business rules for risk and control content
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to embed AI/ML into data pipelines
