The Customer Data SME provides senior expertise in operational risk, data governance and AI‑enabled data processing for a RegTech SaaS platform. The role drives data quality, standards and automation while mentoring junior team members.

Must-Have Requirements

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead execution of customer data operations, including risk‑control matching, index building and data expansion
• Apply and evolve CUBE’s data technical standards and business rules for risk and control content
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to embed AI/ML into data pipelines
• Identify and drive improvements across data and process workflows within the D&A team
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering technical and professional growth
• Support major customer initiatives by delivering high‑quality data solutions under tight timelines
