What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead end‑to‑end integration of the dubbing platform into enterprise content workflows
• Own technical relationships with strategic accounts, designing integration architecture and ensuring production readiness
• Debug and resolve complex pipeline issues across audio separation, ASR, translation, TTS and video stitching
• Tune pipeline parameters (VAD thresholds, glossaries, voice profiles, audio mixing) for client‑specific content
• Drive presales technical discovery, POC scoping and presentations to content and engineering leadership
• Create and maintain integration playbooks, API guides and troubleshooting runbooks
• Define and enforce SLA governance, turnaround times, quality benchmarks and escalation processes
• Serve as primary technical liaison between enterprise clients and Sarvam’s product/ML engineering teams
• Mentor and guide FDSE engineers in the field
• Contribute fixes and enhancements to internal platform codebases based on deployment feedback
