What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and drive the roadmap for enterprise governance and AI‑agent control
• Own the technical vision for identity, access, audit, and policy across the organization
• Make staffing and investment trade‑off decisions for cross‑functional initiatives
• Lead reliability for Tier‑1 identity and audit services and build system resilience
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and enterprise customers to translate needs into engineering plans
• Establish AI‑native engineering standards, including code review and on‑call practices
• Identify and deploy AI‑powered tooling to accelerate delivery and quality
• Build and develop the engineering organization, ensuring clear growth paths for managers and ICs
