Zapier seeks a Sr. Director of Security to define and execute the security strategy for its AI‑native SaaS platform. The leader will oversee application, infrastructure, detection & response, and GRC teams while partnering with executives and product groups to embed security as a competitive advantage.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and deliver a multi‑year security vision for an AI‑native SaaS platform
• Lead Application Security, Infrastructure Security, Detection & Response, and GRC engineering teams
• Partner with product, engineering, GTM, legal and risk to embed security into product and go‑to‑market
• Own the enterprise risk management program: identify, quantify, prioritize, report and drive risk acceptance
• Act as Zapier’s security voice externally – lead customer reviews, support enterprise deals, engage auditors and regulators
• Drive company‑wide security change: standards, golden paths, technical gates, vendor procurement and AI usage policies
• Recruit, hire and develop top security talent and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture
• Communicate security narratives to senior leadership and the board
