The Member of Technical Staff will own end‑to‑end enterprise product surfaces, turning complex APIs into usable tools and shipping production code for SaaS, VPC, on‑prem and regulated deployments. The role blends product thinking, AI/LLM integration, and deep systems judgment while writing clear specs and documentation for enterprise customers.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Convert complex enterprise APIs into granular, composable tool surfaces with proper auth and evaluation
- Productize recurring engineering work into self‑service patches, QA harnesses, deployment paths, admin controls and guardrails
- Create repeatable deployment solutions for hosted, VPC, on‑prem, regulated and BYOK environments
- Build the product layer that scales from bespoke engagements to a repeatable enterprise motion
- Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, spec, design, implementation, QA, release, adoption and iteration
- Collaborate with FDEs, customers and core engineers to translate field pain into clear product requirements
- Develop evals and QA loops that prove enterprise workflows are reliable in production
- Produce clear specifications, documentation, launch notes and customer‑facing updates
Good Fit If You Have
- Experience with Python or TypeScript in production
- Background in API platforms, iPaaS or developer‑tool ecosystems
- Prior work as an FDE, solutions architect, or sales engineer on enterprise products
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Temporal, PostgreSQL or cloud secret managers
- Exposure to security and compliance programs such as SOC 2 or Vanta
