Ovii's Interpretation of the Role
Innovaccer seeks a senior leader to own and grow its government health portfolio, acting as the primary trusted partner for Medicaid, Medicare and other public‑sector agencies. You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, drive retention, expansion and delivery outcomes, and collaborate across sales, product and engineering to meet regulatory and contractual commitments.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Serve as senior point of contact for government and public‑sector accounts, cultivating relationships with agency executives and program directors.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of contractual and regulatory commitments, partnering with product, delivery and engineering teams.
- Lead, develop and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers and account leaders, fostering a high‑performing, client‑focused culture.
- Drive portfolio retention and expansion, meeting targets for CARR, ARR, churn, NPS and CSAT.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Technical teams to align on client strategy and manage expectations.
- Maintain a visible presence within client organizations, tracking policy changes and program priorities.
- Act as senior escalation point, resolving complex issues swiftly while protecting long‑term relationships.
- Contribute to and continuously improve playbooks and frameworks for government account management.
Good Fit If You Have
