The Forward Deployed Research Engineer builds production‑grade integrations that let AI agents interact with enterprise tools. You will turn complex APIs into agent‑usable surfaces, create evaluation harnesses, and own end‑to‑end delivery for enterprise customers.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Convert large enterprise APIs into agent‑usable tool surfaces, defining granularity and scope
- Design and implement evaluation harnesses that verify correct tool selection by agents
- Own enterprise accounts from discovery through spec, implementation, QA, and release
- Ship production code in a monorepo and customer SDKs, including custom/composite tools and patches
- Create repeatable QA harnesses for toolkits
- Run weekly customer syncs to summarize status, ETAs, and escalations
- Operate self‑service per‑customer tool‑patching
