The Senior Product Manager, AI will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Gravity's AI platform that powers intelligent automation across healthcare workflows. This role blends deep AI/ML product expertise with healthcare domain knowledge to ship secure, production‑grade AI capabilities and ensure trustworthy adoption.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and drive the AI platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with healthcare needs and regulatory realities
- Translate complex AI requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
- Partner with engineering and data science to productize LLMs, SLMs, RAG pipelines, and ML models for classification, prediction, and risk scoring
- Create and maintain an AI evaluation framework covering accuracy, safety, fairness, and reliability, and establish governance for model deployment and monitoring
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint prioritization, and delivery of AI‑enabled workflows with human‑in‑the‑loop controls
- Collaborate with clinical, commercial, and customer‑facing teams to gather feedback, define success metrics, and communicate AI concepts to non‑technical audiences
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA SaMD guidelines, and other healthcare privacy standards
