Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Site Reliability Engineer III will own the deployment and operation of Innovaccer’s services on OpenShift using a GitOps model. You’ll automate Helm‑based releases, re‑configure CI pipelines for on‑premise targets, and ensure platform health through validation, monitoring, and incident response.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Author and maintain Helm value overlays, application manifests, and environment‑specific configuration for OpenShift deployments.
• Re‑point CI pipelines, service endpoints, and credentials from cloud to on‑premise targets following dependency‑ordered rollout plans.
• Operate the shared platform layer, including operator‑managed data stores, KEDA autoscaling, ingress gateways, and Vault‑backed secrets.
• Execute per‑service health checks, smoke tests, and functional verification, feeding results back into rollout tracking.
• Create and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and runbooks to support steady‑state operations.
• Diagnose and resolve deployment, networking, and configuration issues across namespaces in a default‑deny network model.
