Innovaccer seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and IP strategy for its healthcare‑tech platform. You’ll partner with the General Legal Counsel and cross‑functional teams to protect and scale AI‑driven health solutions.

Must-Have Requirements

• LLB degree
• 8–12 years in‑house corporate law experience
• Healthcare tech / AI / digital health legal expertise
• Understanding of complex software, AI/ML systems, medical devices
• Familiarity with Indian and US legal systems (HIPAA, DPDP, FDA/CDSCO)
• Contract negotiation
• Strong communication and cross‑cultural collaboration

What You'll Likely Work On

• Negotiate sales contracts with US healthcare providers, payers, and pharma companies
• Negotiate complex procurement and partnership contracts with US entities and Indian vendors
• Draft and review licensing, partnership, and IP agreements
• Conduct regulatory research and ensure compliance with HIPAA, DPDP, and FDA/CDSCO
• Provide legal opinions on company policies, AI/ML product offerings, and medical devices
• Liaise with external counsel on disputes, IP matters, and compliance issues
• Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes
