Senior Product Manager leading the technical platform for Social and Community Health Information Exchange. Owns vision, roadmap, and delivery of interoperability, data analytics, patient identity, and consent capabilities while partnering with engineering and US public‑health leaders.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Set and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Social/Community Health Information Exchange platform
  • Define and prioritize interoperability standards (FHIR R4, US Core, HL7 v2, ADT, USCDI) and ensure their implementation across the platform
  • Own the data ingestion, normalization, analytics, and consent layers that unify identity, interoperability, and analytics
  • Partner with clinicians, payers, and subject‑matter experts to guarantee clinical accuracy, coding integrity, and CMS compliance
  • Establish success metrics (e.g., RAF capture accuracy, FWA detection precision) and track product performance
  • Engage payer customers (MA plans, Medicaid, regional plans) to gather feedback and validate direction, accommodating US‑hour overlap
  • Monitor regulatory updates (V28, RADV, HEDIS, CMS interoperability rules) and adjust product strategy accordingly
  • Work cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, design, sales, marketing, and implementation teams to drive adoption and market growth
