What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and evolve the architecture of mission‑critical backend platforms across multiple services.
• Design and implement scalable, cloud‑native services using Python, Go, Java and modern frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews, set engineering standards, and drive technical decisions balancing business needs and long‑term platform health.
• Build and maintain reliable APIs and data pipelines, ensuring high availability, observability, and security.
• Own production reliability, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and SLI/SLO management.
• Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering best practices in testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
