What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and launch managed services offerings, including SKU creation, pricing models, and SOW templates
• Partner with marketing to craft positioning, messaging, and collateral that drive services pipeline
• Build and execute a roadmap to embed AI and automation tools across services operations
• Identify operational inefficiencies in coding, authorization, and billing workflows and translate them into automation requirements
• Produce detailed workflow specifications for engineers and AI/ML teams, including decision points and exception handling
• Own the end‑to‑end automation capability lifecycle—from opportunity identification to production deployment and post‑launch monitoring
