We need a senior product manager to own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Galaxy, Innovaccer's AI‑driven risk and quality platform for US payers. The role blends product strategy, deep regulatory knowledge, AI‑focused execution and cross‑functional collaboration with clinicians, engineers and data scientists.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Set and execute the product vision for Galaxy across risk adjustment, quality management and fraud‑waste‑abuse detection
• Partner with clinicians and subject‑matter experts to ensure clinical accuracy, coding integrity and CMS compliance
• Work with engineering, data science and design teams to build intuitive workflows for coders, analysts and investigators
• Define success metrics such as RAF capture accuracy, gap‑closure rates, Stars performance and FWA detection precision, and monitor them post‑launch
• Gather feedback from US payer customers (MA plans, Medicaid, regional plans) and incorporate it into the roadmap while supporting asynchronous collaboration across time zones
• Stay current on regulatory updates (V28, RADV, HEDIS) and adjust product strategy accordingly
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and implementation to drive market adoption and growth
• Act as the internal authority on payer risk, quality and fraud program integrity

Good Fit If You Have

• 5‑8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology
