What You'll Likely Work On

• Perform precision assembly tasks, ensuring correct alignment, tight tolerances and proper fastener torque
• Inspect parts for defects such as misalignment, loose fasteners, air pockets, layer separation or resin issues
• Follow SOPs and checklists, maintain build records and raise issues early
• Keep benches, jigs, fixtures and tools clean and ready for the next shift
• Support prototype builds and collaborate with engineers to resolve fit‑ment issues (for top performers)
• Suggest and implement small daily improvements to speed, safety or error reduction
• Assembly track: build sub‑assemblies, mount motors, route harnesses, crimp, solder and use torque tools
• Composites track: cut, lay up carbon‑fibre/fibreglass, manage resin systems, set up vacuum bagging and run autoclave cycles

Good Fit If You Have

• Hands‑on experience in assembly, fabrication or composites (vocational training acceptable)
