We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting operations, statutory compliance, reporting and treasury functions for our Bangalore office. The role demands 3‑4 years of end‑to‑end finance experience within the Indian regulatory framework and a strong focus on process automation and cross‑functional partnership.

Must-Have Requirements
- 3–4 years progressive accounting/finance experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
- Knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, GST, TDS and corporate tax laws
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books or similar)
- Advanced MS Excel

What You'll Likely Work On
- Own full‑cycle accounting including GL, AP/AR, payroll and month‑end/year‑end close
- Lead statutory, tax and internal audits ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS and tax laws
- Prepare and present financial statements, balance sheets and P&L reports to senior leadership
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and key financial metrics; manage banking relationships and liquidity planning
- Build and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support financial stability
- Automate and streamline accounting workflows using ERP platforms and modern financial tools
- Strengthen internal controls, documentation and audit‑trail standards
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align finance operations with business objectives
Good Fit If You Have
