What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own the AI product roadmap for Gravity’s Intelligence layer, covering search, agents, orchestration, and explainability.
  • Embed with health‑system customers to surface AI gaps, feed insights back into the roadmap, and lead executive briefings.
  • Take AI pilots from science projects to enterprise‑grade production, establishing robust AI quality standards.
  • Partner with engineering to ship AI features rapidly, using AI‑assisted development practices and removing bottlenecks.
  • Define and enforce AI trust mechanisms such as confidence scoring, hallucination thresholds, audit trails, and explainability.
  • Develop and scale agent lifecycle management, enabling repeatable build‑test‑deploy‑monitor cycles.
  • Evaluate build‑vs‑buy‑vs‑partner decisions for AI orchestration, collaborating with partners like Databricks and LangChain.
  • Collaborate daily with India‑based teams and travel quarterly to India to align globally distributed efforts.
