What You'll Likely Work On
- Onboard/offboard laptops, resolve hardware issues, and provide tier‑1 support
- Install and deploy hardware and network assets per Global IT designs (rack equipment, cabling, desks)
- Troubleshoot office internet, manage GSM SIM rotation, and liaise with cellular vendors
- Serve as escalation point, coordinating local vendors for repairs, deliveries, and site work
- Provision and monitor office security access, flagging anomalies to Global IT
- Assist Global IT projects with local execution and act as the on‑site liaison
