What You'll Likely Work On

• Own the monthly/quarterly close and produce accurate GAAP financial statements
• Reengineer accounting workflows and establish best‑practice processes for IPO readiness
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework meeting SEC and regulatory standards
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of accountants while contributing as an individual contributor when needed
• Identify automation opportunities, partner with data and FP&A teams, and introduce AI‑driven tools
• Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, regulators, and investors to communicate financial performance
