What You'll Likely Work On
- Lead annual budgeting, long‑range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units
- Translate complex financial data into clear executive‑level insights for the CEO, CFO, and leadership team
- Develop scalable financial models, reporting frameworks, and analytics tools to support rapid growth
- Define and track KPIs, aligning financial outcomes with operational execution
- Conduct variance analysis and storytelling to explain performance versus plan
- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, Credit, Product, and International teams
- Evaluate investments, headcount planning, pricing strategies, and other capital allocation decisions
- Support M&A and IPO readiness through modeling, diligence, and reporting
Good Fit If You Have
- Leadership experience building and scaling FP&A functions in high‑growth, data‑intensive environments
- Strong business judgment and ability to partner with senior leaders across credit, risk, and product
- Experience in fintech lending or credit‑driven businesses is a plus
